在公共自行车服务系统中,自行车站点的位置和配置情况,对系统的运行管理与市民的满意度起着决定性的影响。该文是根据苏州某区域180个站点20 d的公共自行车的借还记录,通过统计分析与检验,并以影响市民满意度的灵活便捷性、运营服务、经济利益和布局设计等为指标,应用灰色关联分析法建立站点配置的综合评价模型。最后根据得到的结果,提出了改进措施和建议。
英文摘要：
In the public bicycle service system, the position and configuration of bicycle sites are of vital impor- tance to the operation management of the system and the public＇s satisfaction. Based on the record of the public bicycles in 180 stations of Suzhou within 20 days,a site evaluation model is established by the gray correlation analysis, with the flexibility and convenience, operating service, economic benefit and layout design as main in- dex factors. In addition, some suggestions and improving measures are provided according to the results obtained from the model.
