以39002和39007群体不同基本株的S1 66个单株及其与3个测验种按不完全双列杂交试验设计组配198个组合为供试材料,对单株产量的配合力和供试群体S1的多态位点数,基因杂合度等参数进行了分析,并利用遗传相似系数进行聚类。结果表明,39002S1单株产量GCA的表现明显优于39007S1,39002S1的多态位点数、多态位点比例、基因型数、变异系数、基因杂合度等均大于39007S1,说明39002S1的遗传组成较丰富,同时表明39002S1自交后代的纯合速率可能比39007S1慢。此外,39002S1部分株系与39002S。部分株系聚在同一亚类,说明它们之间可能有相似的遗传背景。
Many maize breeders have been paying attention and efforts to solve the problem of narrow genetic diversity in maize. In order to broaden the genetic basis in maize breeding, It is necessary to know the genetic diversity in the current maize hybrids. There may be two ways to study the genetic diversiy in breeding. The one is to analyze the parnts of maize hybrids. The other is to analyze the parents of maize hybrids. In this study, analyses of yield combining ability, SSR molecular markers was made to study in 198 combinations which come from different strains in the basic S1 66 plants of 39007 and 39002 groups and three types of tests in Incomplete Diallel Cross Experiments. The results showed that 39002 S1 groups showed more excellent in GCA of yield than 39007S1 groups, number of polymorphic locus, proportion of polymorphic locus, genes heterozygosity parameters of material and gene heterozygote in 39002S1 groups over 39007S1 groups, 39002S1 groups have more genetic diversity than 39007S1 groups. And part of strain in 39002S1 groups have the same genetic background with 39002S1 groups.
