对施秉县太子参不同种植方式下不同土层的土壤进行分析,发现0~20与20~40cm土层重金属元素含量不同,Cr、Cd和Pb元素在太子参连作10a的土壤中含量最高,并且随连作年限的增加不断增加,但在各种植方式下,上下2层土壤Cr、Cd和Pb含量变化不大;在轮作方式下,土壤中Cu、As、Hg、Mo和Mn等含量均高于同一土层在其他种植方式下的土壤,不同种植方式下,0~20cm土层,太子参在轮作、间作、套作等种植方式下,除Zn、Mo和Mn 3种元素外,其他各元素的平均值均低于连作3、6和10a的土壤。连作6a和连作10a土壤中的Cd、Cu和Zn含量远高于连作1a土壤;不同种植方式下的土壤单因素污染指数和综合污染指数均小于0.7,但连作6和10a种植区的综合污染指数明显高于其他几种种植方式。不同种植方式下,太子参土壤综合污染指数远小于0.7,属于安全、清洁水平,土壤环境质量为1级,符合太子参等中药材种植的土壤要求。
Through the analysis of Radix Pseudostellariae Shibing County in different planting patterns of different depth of soil,to explore the distribution characteristics of heavy metals in soil under different planting patterns.The result showed that the contents of heavy metal elements in 0-20cm and 20-40cm soil depth were different,The contents of Cr,Cd and Pb elements were the highest in the soil of Radix Pseudostellariae continuous cropping for 10years,and continuous cropping led to the increase of Cr,Cd and Pb content.However,Cr,Cd and Pb content showed little difference between two layers of soil under different planting patterns;the coefficient of variation showed that the content of Cu,As,Hg,Mo and Mn elements in soil of rotation planting were higher than those of the corresponding layer in other planting patterns,which indicated different planting patterns not only caused the changes of some elements content in the soil,but also changed the uniform distribution of these elements;the analysis of heavy metal contents at 0-20cm soil depth showed that,in crop rotation,intercropping patterns,except Mo and Mn element,the average contents of all other elements were less than 3-year continuous cropping,6-year and 10-year continuous cropping soil.The average contents of Cd and Cu elements in the soil of continuous cropping for 6years and 10year were much higher than in 1-year continuous cropping soil,which indicated that continuous cropping of Radix Pseudostellariae resulted in Cd and Cu pollution;the single factor pollution index and the comprehensive pollution index in the soil of different cropping patterns were less than 0.7,but the 6-year and 10-year Radix Pseudostellariae continuous cropping showed significantly higher comprehensive pollution index of soil than the other cultivation modes.Thus,soil environmental quality of different Pseudostellaria planting modes is safe and clean level,rated as level 1,which can fulfill soil requirements to produce Radix Pseudostellariae medicinal herbs.
