目的了解上海地区卫生监督学科建设的科研队伍构成以及发表的科研论文情况。方法通过建立文献评阅库，对纳入研究范围的707篇论文第一作者的年龄、学历、合作者等信息和论文发表杂志、研究内容、研究方法等进行分析。结果（1）第一作者平均年龄为38．55岁；本科学历者发表论文最多，占25．74％；单独作者发表的论文占20．23％。（2）2005～2011年，论文数量呈逐年上升趋势；属现场实证研究类论文最多，占64．92％，理论研究类较少；研究范围为地方性的占77．56％；定性论文类比例总体呈下降趋势。结论需要结合卫生监督的特点，加强科研队伍在多学科理论的掌握、方法学运用、论文撰写与发表等方面的训练，提高队伍的科研意识和能力。
英文摘要：
Objective To learn the components of research team and the status of published research papers in the dis- cipline construction of health inspection in Shanghai. Method Through establishing the library of literature review, analyse the first author＇s age, education, collaborators and other information among the 707 papers which are included for research, meanwhile we analyse the magazines of the published papers, research content , research methods and so on.Resuh （ 1 ）The average age of first author is 38.55 ; the authors who have undergraduate degree published the most papers, accounting for 25.74%; single author papers accounted for 20.23%. （2）From 2005 to 2011 , the number of papers showed an increasing trend year by year; the category of empirical research on the local inspection is the most, accounting for 64.92%, and the theoretical research is less. In the fact of the research scope, the local ones accounted for 77.56%. The proportion of quanti- tative paper declined overall.Conclusion It is necessary to consider the characteristics of health inspection, strengthen the training of research team in the realization of multidisciplinary theory, the use of methodology, the writing and publication of the paper, etc, improving the team＇s research awareness and ability.
