幽门螺杆菌感染可引起胃炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡、胃黏膜相关淋巴瘤以及胃癌等疾病,采用疫苗防治该菌是当前研究的热点领域之一。尿素酶、热休克蛋白、胃幽门螺杆菌黏附素A、过氧化物酶、细胞毒素相关蛋白A、空泡毒素A和中性粒细胞激活蛋白等重组蛋白是几种有效的疫苗候选分子,本文综述了鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、双歧杆菌、耻垢分枝杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸乳球菌、根癌农杆菌、麻疹病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒、杆状病毒和腺病毒等载体介导的幽门螺杆菌疫苗的研制现状。
Helicobacter pylori infection may result in diseases such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma and gastric cancer. It has recently become a highlight to control this bacterium by vaccines. The recombinant proteins including urease, heat shock protein, helicobacter pylori adhesin A, catalase, cytotoxin associated protein A, vacuolating cytotoxin A and neutrophil-activating protein are some of the effective candidate molecules of vaccines. This paper reviews the research status of these vaccines of helicobacter pylori mediated by bacteria such as salmonella typhimurium, bifidobacterium bifidum, mycobacteria smegmatis, bacil- lus subtilis, lactococcus lactis, agrobacterium tumefaciens, measles virus, poliovirus, baculovirus and adenovirus.
