以通行能力变化条件下的瓶颈动态交通分配模型为理论基础,根据该模型得出的满足用户均衡条件的交通出行分布模式,分析动态交通信号控制和旅行信息系统的工作原理,为交通控制和诱导的优化分析提供了指导性意见、动态交通控制模型的计算结果表明,按照交通需求的空间不对称性,动态改变有效绿灯时间在不同相位的分摊比例,可以大大提高网络的通行效率.交通诱导模型的分析结果表明,当交通事件发生时,是否应该发布交通信息,应根据事件处通行能力下降的程度而定.
The analysis in this paper is based on the theory of dynamic traffic assignment on bottlenecks with time dependent capacities. With the traffic pattern on the principle of user equilibrium, the working mechanisms of the dynamic signal control system and the advanced traveler information system are studied, and meaningful recommendations for the optimization of traffic control and informa- tion systems are provided. The results of the dynamic traffic control model show that network efficiency can be largely improved if the effective green time is appropriately allocated to different signal phases according to the spatial asymmetry of traffic demands. The results of the traffic guidance model show that the benefit of providing traveler information depends on the magnitude of capacity drop when incidents occur.
