As one design discipline, the study of organizational decision-making emphasizes creating new system, focuses on efficiency but not objectivity. The patterns of organizational decision-making are varied, their adaptability depends on circumstances. The theory of organizational decision-making evolves with individual decison-making and organizational structure. The evolution of rganizational decision-making research directs towards open system and adaptation as the social-economic development. Future study could focus on alternative uncovering and dynamic-environment adaptability.
