本文通过对河北、山西和陕西三省356位农民工的调查,运用统计性描述方法,分析新生代农民工和上一代农民工在工作环境、就业保障和就业满意度方面的差异,并建立有序Probit计量模型来探究农民工就业满意度的影响因素。结果表明:新生代农民工与上一代农民工的工作环境和就业保障存在差异,但就!止满意度无明显差异;工资收入、工作环境危害性、工作稳定性、工资拖欠、接受公司培训等对就业满意度的影响显著,每天工作小时数、工作加班、签订劳动合同和参加社会保险对就业满意度的影响不显著。
This paper analyses the difference between new generation and previous generation of migrant workers in work environment, employment security and satisfaction by using the method of statistical description based on the survey data of 356 migrant workers in Hebei, Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces. An ordered probit model was set up to explore factors that influence migrant workers' employment satisfaction. It shows that there are differences between new generation and previous generation of migrant workers in work environment and employment security, but no obvious difference was found in employment satisfaction. Income, hazardous working conditions, employment security, wage arrears and training opportunities are of great influence to employment satisfaction, whereas working hours, working overtime, labor contracts and social insurance are not remarkable factors. This is not only of great significance in adjusting and improving the migrant workers' employment policy, but also essential in promoting the development of new urbanization.
