道路自信、理论自信、制度自信是中国共产党人对改革开放30年政治成果的总结,对当今中国意义重大。在此背景下,高校思想政治理论课把"三个自信"思想贯穿于教学中,是推动思想政治理论课教学持续有效改革的重要手段。本文从构建科学合理的综合评价体系着手,提出在"三个自信"背景下确立评价的目的目标、确保相对独立的评价主体、完善科学的教学评价系统是构建高校思想政治理论课教学评价体系的新举措。
