由于自身内部融资能力不足和外部融资渠道不畅，我国的旅游企业面临着比较突出的融资难问题，这也为旅游企业开展融资合作提供了可能。根据合作的内容与目的，目前旅游企业融资合作的方式主要分为实体模式、联盟模式和偶发模式三种，具体包括企业型、参股型、项目型、交换型和契约型等合作形式。组织形式的选择对于融资合作的成败影响重大，为了保证旅游企业融资合作的顺利进行，相应地需要从政策支持、制度建设和技术保障三个方面采取措施。

Owing to the insufficiency of the capacity for internal and external financing, our country＇s tourist enterprises are encountered with serious financing difficulty, which provides the possibility of the financing cooperation for the enterprises themselves. According to cooperative content and purpose, at present the financing cooperation mode is mainly divided into entity, alliance and chance patterns, specifically including the enterprise type, stock - holding type, item type exchanging type, contact type etc. Choice of organizational importantly influences on the success or failure of financing cooperation. In order to guarantee the success of financing cooperation of the tourism enterprises, it is necessary for the concerned authorities to take corresponding political measure, system construction and technological safeguard.
