利用固相反应烧结法制备了层状钙钛矿锰氧化物LaSr2Mn1.9Cu0.1O7多晶。用X射线衍射仪、超导量子干涉仪、直流四探针法对其结构和磁电特性进行了研究。结果表明,样品为Sr3Ti2O7型单相多晶,属四方晶系,空间群为14/mmm,晶胞参数为α=0.38708nm,c=1.99772nm。此材料呈现出一种典型的自旋玻璃特性,在T=225K发生自旋冻结。Cu的替代破坏了体系的铁磁交换作用,并引入超交换作用。电性测量表明,此材料呈现出颗粒间磁电阻效应且在整个观察的温区样品呈现绝缘体特性,其输运特性属于最近邻小极化子跃迁。
Layered perovskite LaSr2Mn1.9Cu0.1O7 sample was fabricated by solid state reaction. The structure and magnetic and electric properties have been studied using X-ray diffraction, Squid and DC four probed method. The sample is the single phase with layered perovskite structure and the space group is 14/mmm, the cell parameter is α=0. 38708nm,c=1. 99772nm. Characteristic spin glass state occurred near the 225K which is due to the competition between the ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic properties. The electric properties showed that the sample have the intergrain magnetoresistance in the whole measured temperature and the transport property is satisfied with the small polarons model which is due to the nearest neighbor hopping of the polarons.
