产品质量不仅关系到消费者的切身利益和企业的健康发展,也对环境产生深刻的影响,因此研究产品质量的生态性具有十分重要的现实意义。文中界定了产品生态质量的内涵,构建了产品生态质量评价体系,并运用了全生命周期评价与灰色模糊综合评价法,以采用CRT、LCD、PDP三种技术的彩色电视机为例进行了分析,得出PDP彩色电视机在生态方面表现较好,LCD彩色电视机在经济与社会方面表现较好,三种彩色电视机产品都应加大质量成本的投入,提高消费者满意度,降低对环境的污染与破坏,以走向可持续的发展道路。

英文摘要：

Product quality is not only related to the vital interests of consumers and the healthy development of enterprises,but also has a profound impact on the environment. Therefore,the ecological performance of product quality is of great practical significance. This study defined the connotation of product ecological quality,built an evaluation system,took three kinds of color TV- CRT,LCD,PDP as the example,and used the method of full life cycle assessment and gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the performance of product quality. It comes to the conclusion that PDP color TV performed better ecologically,LCD color TV was better both economically and socially. Three kinds of color TV should increase the cost of quality investment,expand awareness,reduce environmental pollution and destruction and achieve a road of sustainable development.
