本文从低碳经济视角出发,基于DPSIR概念模型,结合当前低碳经济发展以区域为主要着力点的现实情况,构建区域低碳经济可持续发展评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法确定指标体系中各指标权重,采用线性加权法计算2001-2010年天津的低碳经济可持续发展水平综合指数值UESDI,得出天津市低碳经济发展等级,提出天津市发展低碳经济可持续发展建议。
英文摘要：
Starting from a low - carbon economy perspective, based on DPSIR model, and combined with the current re- alities that development of low - carbon economy taking the region as its major focus, the paper builds the regional low - carbon economy evaluation index system of sustainable development. _And using the principal component analysis method to determine the weight of each indicator index system, using the linear weighted method to calculate 2001 -2010 the low - carbon economic sustainable development composite index value （UESDI） of Tianjin, it comes to the level of low - carbon economic development of Tianjin. At last, it proposes the proposals of low -carbon economic sustainable develop- ment of Tianjin.
