针对传统方向距离函数(DDF)会高估效率的缺陷,在全要素和生产技术框架下,探索性地使用考虑松弛变量的规模方向距离函数(SDDF)对二氧化碳排放效率进行测算,并计算期望与非期望产出的改进方向、改进目标值及改进变化率,据此测度减排潜力。结果表明:SDDF测算的中国各省份二氧化碳排放效率整体低于DDF的计算结果;二氧化碳排放效率和产出改进目标值呈现了较大的区域差异,不在生产前沿面上的省市欲达到二氧化碳排放效率最优,应将削减二氧化碳排放量作为首要工作。
As the traditional directional distance function may overestimate the performance,this paper applies a scale directional distance function method,which takes the slacks into consideration,to evaluate the carbon dioxide emission and the direction vectors,target value and change rates within a total factor production and production technology framework. The results show that,the efficiency results based on SDDF are lower than those based on SDDF,each region has a distinct efficiency and target value,and the provinces not on the production frontier should pay most attention to carbon dioxide emission reduction.
