Based on the elastic decoupling analysis framework,this paper brings in the industry cluster elastic decoupling factor,builds a new elastic decoupling causality chain,and analyzes the relationship among the factors in the chain.Aiming at promoting the development of low-carbon industrial cluster,and giving the probably low-carbon path and related countermeasures of the industrial cluster.
