使用非参数距离函数评价了2007—2011年我国30个省份的生态效率，并利用Malmquist指数对生态效率做出动态分析。结果表明：我国各省市生态效率整体未达到最有效的生产前沿，但呈逐年上升趋势；2007—2011年生态效率Malmquist指数呈现了“V”形变化趋势，经济周期和经济政策的变动对生态效率有重要影响；提高生产管理水平和发挥规模经济效益是各省市提高生态效率的关键。
英文摘要：
This research applied non - parametric distance function approach to study the eco - efficiency of Chi- nese provinces in 2007 - 2011, and made a dynamic analysis based on the Malmquist productivity index. The re- sults show that the average value of eco - efficiency didn t reach the optimum productivity frontier but was in- creasing year by year. The changing trend of Malmquist index looked like ＂ V＂ and technical change was the main reason for the trend. Improving the management methods and scale are the key to increase the eco - effi- ciency.
