以南方红豆杉幼茎和叶片为试材,采用正交实验设计研究了不同浓度6-BA、NAA和AgNO3对南方红豆杉愈伤组织诱导率及褐化的影响。结果表明:最适南方红豆杉愈伤组织诱导的激素组合为MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 1.0mg/L+AgNO31.0mg/L,其诱导率达94%,适量的AgNO3能降低南方红豆杉愈伤组织的褐化现象。
Taking the stems and leaves of Taxus chinensis var.mairer as the test materials,the influences of the 6-BA,NAA and AgNO3 concentration on induction rate and browning were studied by using orthogonal test.The results showed that the best suitable induction medium was MS containing 0.5mg/L 6-BA,1.0mg/L NAA and 1.0mg/L AgNO3,its induction rate was 94%,appropriate concentration of AgNO3 could reduce the browning rate.
