为了筛选出杜仲（Eucommia ulmoides）组织培养的最优培养条件,主要从外植体的选择、基本培养基、植物激素、光照条件、其他理化条件等方面对杜仲愈伤组织的诱导、增殖及分化培养的影响进行了综述,分析了杜仲组织培养过程中常见的问题并提出了解决方案,以期为杜仲快繁体系的建立提供理论依据。
英文摘要：
In order to select the optimal culture condition of Eucommia ulmoides tissue culture,induction,proliferation and differentiation conditions for E.ulmoides callus were screened from the the aspects of choice of explants,basic medium,plant hormones,light conditions and other physical and chemical conditions.The solutions of the common problems during the procedure of E.ulmoides Olive tissue culture were analyzed.This article provided a theoretical basis on E.ulmoides rapid propagation system.
