我国苹果产量居世界之首,苹果贮藏保鲜尤显重要。该文主要从延缓果实自身呼吸的消耗、抑制乙烯催熟作用和病原菌的滋生等影响果实品质的关键因素入手,综述了化学方法、物理方法、生物方法和纳米技术等在苹果贮藏保鲜方面的研究进展。
Apple production in China ranks first in the world,so keeping apple fresh is particularly important.In general,it should be measured from the aspects affecting the quality of fruit in delaying fruit respiration consumption,inhibit bacteria and pathogenic role of ethylene ripening breeding and so on.The research and application of chemical method,physical method,biological method and nanotechnology in the storage and fresh of apple were summarized in this paper.
