在已建立的常夏石竹愈伤组织再分化的基础上,以常夏石竹愈伤组织再生植株为试材,研究不同浓度6-BA、不同浓度糖和琼脂、培养基中附加不同浓度PVP和AgNO3等因素对常夏石竹愈伤组织再生植株玻璃化现象的影响。结果表明:以MS为基本培养基,附加0.3mg/L6-BA、50.0g/L蔗糖、10.0g/L琼脂、30.0g/L PVP和1.0mg/L AgNO3能有效地降低常夏石竹试管苗玻璃化。
The shoots of Dianthus plumarius L. were taken as explants to study the prolifertion and its vitrification. On the established regeneration medium, the different concentrations of 6-BA, sucrose, agar,PVP and AgNO~ were supplemented to test their effects on the vitrification of Dianthus plumarius L. The results showed that the basic culture medium was MS containing 6-BA 0. 3 mg/L,sucrose 50 g/L,agar 10. 0 g/L,PVP 30 g/L and 1.0 mg/L AgNO3 ,it could effectively prevent seedling vitrification from occurring.
