为了解决草莓常温下易变质、不易储藏,皮薄、组织柔软、易损伤等难题,该研究探讨了化学储藏、低温冷藏、气调储藏、热处理、辐射储藏、生物储藏保鲜、纳米保鲜技术等几种储藏与保鲜技术的特性及其优缺点,并对其应用前景做了论述。
In order to solve the difficult problerrrs of deteriorated characteristics, hard to storage, thin skin and soft tissue, the artical studied the propertyes, adventages and disadvantages of chemical preservation, low temperature preservation, temperature regulation preservation,heat treatment, radical technology, biological control and nanotechnology and so on. And their application prospects were discussed.
