以秦美猕猴桃(Actinidia deliciosa cv.Qinmei)茎段为外植体诱导愈伤组织,进行再分化及生根试验,在最适再分化培养基中添加不同浓度的硅进行分化培养试验,以确定适于猕猴桃愈伤组织分化的最佳硅浓度。结果表明,适度添加硅可明显提高猕猴桃愈伤组织绿苗再分化率和生根率。
The stems of Aetinidia deliciosa cv. Qinmei were taken as explants to induce callus; and redifferentiation and rooting experiments were conducted afterwards. Different concentration of silicon was added into the optimum redifferentiation medium to screen the optimal concentration of silicon for redifferentiation and rooting of kiwifruit callus. The results showed that rate of regeneration and rooting of kiwifruit callus could be increased distinctly by proper concentration of silicon.
