以陕西卫矛幼茎为外植体,以MS培养基为基本培养基,采用正交实验研究了不同种类、不同浓度的植物生长调节剂及其组合对陕西卫矛愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明：以幼茎为外植体,其愈伤组织诱导率较高,最适愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS＋6-BA 3.0mg/L＋NAA 0.2mg/L＋30g/L蔗糖。
英文摘要：
The stems of Euonymus schensianus Maxim.were taken as explants and the MS as basic culture medium,effect of different plant growth regulator,the combinations of different concentration of plant hormone by orthogonal design L9（34） on callus induction were studied.The results showed that the stem had the best effect induction and the most suitable induction culture medium was MS＋6-BA 3.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.2 mg/L＋sucrose 30 g/L.
