以陕西卫矛幼茎为外植体诱导愈伤组织。在成功增殖大量愈伤组织的基础上,进行愈伤组织再分化培养研究。采用正交设计实验,添加不同种类及不同浓度的植物生长调节物质及附加物质,组成9种不同的再分化培养基,对陕西卫矛愈伤组织进行再分化培养。结果表明:再分化培养基中添加3.0mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/LNAA+3.0mg/L AgNO3,能明显提高陕西卫矛愈伤组织再分化率。
The young stems of Euonymus schensianus Maxim were taken as explant inducing callus in this study.The study of callus redifferentiation and cultivation were carried out on the basis of successfully increasing plenty of callus.The orthugonal design test was used,different plant growth regulators and additional materials were added to composed 9 different resifferentiational media and to redifferentiate and cultivate Euonymus schensianus Maxim.Result indicated that when 3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA+3.0 mg/L AgNO3 were added to redifferentiation media,callus redifferentiation tate of Euonymus schensianus Maxim could be obviously improved.
