基于多体动力学分析软件ADAMS建立了双自转研磨方式下的球体运动数值仿真模型,给出了研磨轨迹点分布均匀性(研磨均匀性)的评价方法,仿真分析了研磨盘沟槽半径和沟槽角度对研磨均匀性的影响,并通过试验验证了仿真结果的正确性。
The numerical simulation model for sphere motion under RDP lapping mode is built based on multi - body dynamics analysis software ADAMS. The evaluation method for the lapping uniformity is given, and the influence of the groove radius and angle of the lapping plates on lapping uniformity is simulated. The validity of simulation result is veri- fied by the test.
