企业转型是顺应经济结构调整的必然,依据不同的情境企业知识转移可以采取多种模式。企业转型前后的知识状态,有冗余知识、待挖掘知识、共用知识、加工后知识、新知识等几种,每种状态的特点各异。针对不同知识状态,结合国内外的知识转移模式,要先把企业转型的知识转移分为内部挖掘和外部学习,然后构建了转型企业内、外部知识转移模型。
Enterprise transformation is a necessity to adjust economic structure.Under different cases,enterprise may adopt multi-form to carry out knowledge transfer.Analyzing the fore-and post-enterprise transformation,they can be divided into redundant knowledge,to-be-known knowledge,shared-knowledge,processed-knowledge,new knowledge,all in different characteristic.As to different forms,combining with several domestic and international knowledge transfer modes,this paper proposes to divide knowledge transfer into internal mining and external learning,and then to build external and internal models for knowledge transfer.
