技术转移是技术合作长期稳定发展的重要影响因素,而合作中技术转移以及技术学习的重要前提是塑造企业的吸收能力。以高新技术开发区企业为样本,关注技术合作中企业技术能力形成过程,研究先验知识、员工资质与培训投入等吸收能力维度对技术转移效果间的关系。结果显示,先验知识对技术转移效果具有显著正向影响,员工资质因素影响力次之,并且先验知识与技术转移效果间存在倒U型关系。
Technology transfer is crucial for sustainable development of technology cooperation,while absorptive capability building is the prerequisite for successful technology transfer and technology learning.Focusing on technological capability building process,this paper drew an empirical study with firms in Hi-tech industrial development zone as samples,investigated the effect of the dimensions including prior knowledge,personnel qualification,and training efforts on technology transfer performance.The results show that a strong positive association was established between prior knowledge and technology transfer performance,and less for personnel qualification.Furthermore,an inverted U-shaped relationship between prior knowledge and technology transfer performance was proved.
