Enterprise alliance provides a broad platform for tacit knowledge transfer. The knowledge in alliance is different and complementary, while the effect of tacit knowledge transfer is closely related to the deliverer, receiver, its mutual relations and individual features. We can improve its effect through building better communication mechanism to dominate tacit knowledge, effective learning and motivation mechanisms to increase enterprise input in knowledge and ability, and standard knowledge transfer system. Long-term trust mechanism and sharing and competitive learning environment will also imprve cultural integration among enterprises.
