文章试图通过演化理论和企业生态位理论解释企业的转型内涵及其过程中的知识转移现象。文章先后研究了企业转型与企业演化关系、企业知识与企业生态位关系、知识转移与知识演化关系,并提出企业转型的连续间断模型以及企业生态位决定的知识度量理论,在此基础上生态学的演化思想和生态位理论就能够对转型企业及其知识转移研究进行理论上的拓展。
英文摘要：
The paper tries to explain the connotations of business transformations and the issue of knowl-edge transfer in its process in using insights of business ecology. The paper studies relation between busi-ness transformation and business evolution, relation between organizational knowledge and organizationniche and relation between knowledge transfer and knowledge evolution, concludes a＂Continuous-Dis-continuous＂model of business transformation and explores a concept of knowledge measurement, whichdemonstrates the connection between organization niche and organizational knowledge. Theories of organi-zation evolution and organization niche can be finally used to extend the research of business transforma-tion and its knowledge transfer.
