To push forward the construction of the strategy alliance of industrial technology innovation is to strengthen the combination of production, learning and research and to promote the building of technology innovation system. Knowl- edge transfer is the basic guarantee of the strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation. This paper discusses the construction of the knowledge transfer model of the strategy alliance of industrial technology innovation, analyzes the prob- lems in the transfer and puts forward countermeasures to promote the knowledge transfer.
