企业隐性知识转移是企业中重要的知识管理活动,师徒制是企业隐性知识转移常见的一种形式,通过对众多学者的研究分析发现,师徒之间是否匹配的问题被众多学者所忽略。文章通过对知识转移过程分析,回顾众多学者针对隐性知识转移的研究,根据企业隐性知识转移中师徒各自的特点分析,通过知识差异契合度、知识转移意愿强度和师徒接纳度3个方面分析师徒二者之间的契合度,并构建相应衡量体系,分析契合度的取值范围和相应值所表达的含义。
Enterprise tacit knowledge transfer is an important enterprise knowledge management activity and mentoring system is a common form of tacit knowledge transfer. By analyzing the previous researches, the paper finds that fit degree between masters and apprentices is ignored by many scholars. Through analyzing the process of knowledge transfer and reviewing the researches of many scholars in tacit knowledge transfer, according to the characteristics of both the masters and apprentices, the paper discusses the fit degree between masters and apprentices in the aspects of knowledge gap, willingness to transfer knowledge and acceptance between masters and apprentices. Moreover, the paper constructs corresponding measurement system to find the value range and the meaning of different values.
