The reuse of existing knowledge and internalization of new knowledge are the main influencing factors of sustainable innovation for enterprise during the period of transformation. Based on the perspective of ecosystem, this paper compares the similarities between knowledge system and ecosystem, analyzes the characteristics of knowledge ecosystem within transformed enterprise, and elaborates the knowledge selection mechanism and evolution process of knowledge ecosystem in the process of enterprise transformation. The paper reveals the internal logic for the collaborative development of enterprise transformation and knowledge evolution, which contributes to the deeply understanding for the changes of knowledge system in the process of enterprise transformation, and provides theoretical reference for guiding practice of knowledge management in the process of enterprise transformation.
