企业面临的外部环境发生了巨大的变化,技术环境的不确定性尤为突出。组织学习是企业生存的基础和培养核心竞争力的源泉,而技术环境的不确定性会对组织学习产生一定的影响。为了探究技术环境的不确定性会对企业的组织学习产生何种影响,研究用问卷调查的方式并采用多元线性回归的方法进行实证分析,发现:技术环境的不确定性对团体层面、组织层面的组织学习有正向显著的影响,但对个人层面、前馈学习以及反馈学习无显著影响。研究表明,组织学习中各层面对技术环境的不确定性的反应不同,具体表现为团体和组织层面更敏感,前馈学习主要受组织规模、组织层级的限制而对技术环境的变动不敏感,个人层面学习以及反馈学习还会受到其他因素的制约。
Great changes have taken place in the external environment that the enterprises face, especially the uncertainty of technical environment. Organizational learning is the foundation of enterprise survival and the source of core competence, and the uncertainty of technical environment will affect organizational learning. In order to explore what influence the uncertainty of technical environment will have on enterprise's organizational learning, this paper will take an empirical analysis by using multivariate linear regression method. Study finds out that the uncertainty of technical environment has a significantly positive impact on organizational learning of group level and organization level, but has no significant effect on a personal level, the feed-forward and feed-back learning. Research indicates that the reaction of different levels of organizational learning to the uncertainty of technical environment is different; specifically, the group and organizational levels are more sensitive; feed-forward learning is mainly restricted by organizational scale and organization level so it is not sensitive to the changes of the technical environment; and personal level as well as the feed-back learning may also be restricted by other factors.
