以从事企业转型的225名知识员工为调研对象,运用结构方程分析方法对企业转型过程中的变革管理、知识转移战略和知识转移效果之间的相互关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,变革管理对知识转移效果有正的显著影响,知识转移战略在变革管理对知识转移效果的影响过程中起着中介作用。其中,变革管理中的组织激励、沟通交流对知识转移效果有明显影响;冲突协调对知识转移效果的影响不明显。
Taking 225 knowledge workers who engaged in Enterprise transformation as the research object and using struc-tural equation modeling analysis method, this paper examines the effect relationship among change management, knowledgetransfer strategy and knowledge transfer effect on the enterprise transformation process. The results show that change man-agement has a positive effect on knowledge transfer significant influence; knowledge transfer strategy has a distinct mediumbetween change management and knowledge transfer effect. And organizational incentives and communication had a signifi-cant effect on knowledge transfer effect, but the conflict coordinating is not obvious.
