Using evolutionary game theory to analyze the bilateral motivation and the critical point of co operation in the knowledge transfer activities.Then,built the system dynamics model of knowledge trans fer.Simulating on Vensim_PLE software and revealing the track of the changes the knowledge transfer ac tivities over time,and pointed out that the key factors affecting the systems development.
