城市洋地名泛滥,以楼盘名＂洋化＂最为突出。地名＂洋化＂给城市形象带来了不利影响：丧失了城市的个性,阻断了文化的传承,破坏了城市的语言生活,影响了市民的交通生活。其成因在于：国民在文化上不够自觉、自信;西方文化对民族传统文化的侵蚀不可低估;政府对地名文化建设的重视不够;法律监管力度不强。对此我们建议：增强文化自信,突出民族特色;遵循命名原则,确保科学规范;加强规划意识,依规依法命名;引导大众参与,实施柔性管理。
英文摘要：
Westernized toponym has become an urban epidemic, especially in estate names. It brings negative effects to city image： losing the city＇s character,blocking the cultural heritage, damaging the city＇s language life and affecting the public transport life. Based on this,this paper analyzes the cause of formation： people＇s cultural self-consciousness and cultural self-confidence is not enough;erosion of western culture to the national traditional culture cannot be underestimated~ the government pays insufficient attention to the construction of toponym culture~ and legal supervision is not reinforced. We put forward the countermeasures as follows： firstly, enhance cultural self-corrfidence, highlighting the national characteristics; secondly, follow the naming principles, ensuring the scientific norms of toponym; thirdly, strengthen the planning awareness, naming according to the regulations and laws;fourthly,guide public participation,implementing flexible management.
