采用熔盐法、溶胶—凝胶法、高温高压法及固相反应法4种方法制备出BaPb0.75Bi0.25O3(BPBO)超导体,并对其晶体结构、形貌及超导电性进行了测试和分析。由于熔盐法首次被用来制备BPBO超导体,因此着重研究了熔盐法的制备特点以及所得样品的物理性质,并与另外3种制备方法进行比较。X射线粉末衍射结果表明,用4种方法制得的样品都有很好的单相性,无杂相,晶体结构属四方晶系。磁性测量结果显示其超导转变温度都在11.6K。
Molten salts method is used, for the first time, to prepare BaPb0.75Bi0.25O3 (BPBO) superconductor and compared with other methods including gol-gel, high temperature and high pressure technique, and conventional solid-state reaction. The crystal structure, morphology and superconductivity have been investigated. The properties of the samples prepared by all of the above methods were investigated. X-ray Diffraction reveals that no impurity phase was detected in all of them, and the crystal structure is tetragonal. Superconducting transition temperature Tc is all about 11.6 K.
