利用一种新的Mg扩散方法,在常压下成功制备出致密的MgB2超导块材,样品密度最高达1.95g/cm^3。结果表明:加热到900℃保温24h后炉冷,所得到的样品性能最佳。该样品在50Oe的外场下,超导转变温度(Tc)为38.1K,转变宽度仅0.9K;10K,20K,自场下临界电流密度(Jc)值分别达0.53,0.37MA/cm^2。此外,通过添加少量纳米Pr6O11或者石墨,都能使MgB2的实用化性能得到显著改进。
In this paper, we utilized a modified Mg-diffusion to prepare high packed MgB2 bulks with the high density, 1.95 g/cm^3 under ambient pressure. The results show the optimal heat-treated temperature is 900 ℃ for 24 h. The MgB2 prepared by the optimal conditions have superconducting transition temperature Tc of 38.1 K, and critical current density Jc of 0.53 and 0.37 MA/cm^2 at 10K, self-field and 20K, self-field, respectively. Additionally, after small quantity of nano-Pr6O11 or graphite doping, the applicable properties of MgB2 have been improved significantly.
