以液晶动力学理论为基础,对混合排列向列相液晶的动力学行为进行了研究。在严格考虑引流效应、通过有效粘滞系数γeff考虑引流效应和完全忽略引流效应这3种条件下,分别建立了指向矢运动方程。通过对加电压和撤电压过程的数值模拟,给出了有效粘滞系数γeff对液晶指向矢分布及有效折射率的影响。
The dynamic behavior of hybrid alignment nematic (HAN)liquid crystals is investigated based upon the dynamic theory of liquid crystals. The equations for the director are built in three different conditions; i.e. first,backflow effect is take into account rigorously; second, the backflow is considered by the effective rotational viscosity γeff; third, the hackflow effect is neglected directly. Through computer simulation to the progress of switching up the voltage and switching off the voltage,the effect of the effective rotational viscosity γeff on the director profiles and the effective refractive index of liquid crystal was obtained.
