在数控机床的控制系统开发中,现今国内交流伺服系统大都是采用连续的模拟信号,其控制精度和速度都难以适应现代高技术产业加工要求。为了满足精密制造行业对机床加工精度、速度的要求,在实验室项目的基础上,以Linux作为系统编译环境,以PCI04为系统平台,以FPGA作为底层硬件控制芯片,设计了与以往不同的全数字伺服控制系统,并开发了相应的RT-Linux下的驱动程序。在数控机床实际运行中,新设计的系统在精度和速度方面都有相应的提高,表现出了良好的可控性和稳定性。
In the development of control system of CNC machine, seriate analog signals are often used in AC servo systems now in China. But its control accuracy and speed are difficult to meet the requirements ofmorden high-tech industries. So, a totally different numerical control system and driving programme is designed on the basis of laboratary project. Linux is the system compile environment, PC104 is used as system platform and FPGA is the control chip of hardware layer. In terms of speed and accuracy, the new design is improved and shows a good controllability and stability in practical operation.
