在以小型无人直升机为载体的灾害检测系统中,机载的电子舱内已经放置了导航设备和飞行控制系统,而通常这些小型直升机体积较小而导致负重也小.因此就对机载设备提出了高精度、低功耗、微型化、低成本等多方面的苛刻要求.基于此要求以Blackfin531为核心处理器,设计了一种高性能、高集成度的嵌入式视觉检测图像处理平台,详细描述了该处理平台的硬件结构设计及实现方法.实验表明,该视觉处理平台可以满足灾害检测系统应用的要求.
In the disaster detection system based on a small unmanned helicopter, the flight control system and navigation system has been placed in the electronic cabin, and the small unmanned helicopter often has a miniature body so that it can't load heavy devices. Therefore, it incurs a high demand on high precision, low energy consumption, miniaturization and low cost of image process system. According to these requirements, this paper designed an embedded image process platform for machine vision systems based on Blackfin531 processor, then had a detailed discussion about the methods and principles of the platform. This design method may provide a reference design for industrial machine vision applications. The result shows that the platform can meet the image process requirements of the disaster detection.
