现实中的小企业是否拥有战略,以及哪些因素影响到战略的制定是一个经常引起争议的话题。文章着重研究小企业战略的战略发展蓝图和战略性计划,把影响小企业战略的因素分为业主属性和企业属性两个维度。通过对25家独立性小企业业主的现场访谈,并采用关联度量指标λ来度量有关变量的相关程度,得出如下结论:小企业业主属性对业主是否拥有小企业的战略发展蓝图,对小企业是否制定有书面的战略性计划并不产生影响;小企业的企业属性对业主是否拥有企业的战略发展蓝图,对企业是否制定有书面的战略性计划并不产生影响;绝大多数小企业拥有企业的战略发展蓝图,并且没有制定书面的战略性计划。
This research divides the influencing facts of the small business strategy into two parts: owner's attribute and firm' s attribute. The authors interviewed 25 small business owners and analyze the relationships between the strategy and owner' s attribute or firm' s attribute with the relationship measurement index λ. The findings show that: Owner' s attributes do not influence whether the firms have a vision and a written strategic plan. Firm' s attribute do not influence whether the firms have a vision and a written strategic plan. Most small busineses have a vision but do not have a written strategic plan.
