通过对浙江省98位企业家的访谈，采用内容分析的方法，概括了浙江省企业家创业精神的十大特征，并从浙江区域文化的角度诠释了创业精神的区域文化特征。最后，通过对数据的进一步分析，还发现浙江内部不同区域的创业精神也存在一定的差异。

Entrepreneurial spirits as the source of entrepreneurs＇ entrepreneurial activities played important role for development of inclined to n vate economy. But in the current research on entrepreneurial spirits in China, most of the researchers ect that entrepreneurial spirit was closely related with cultural environment where the entrepreneurs lived. This paper analyzed the interview data of ninety-eight Zhejiang＇s entrepreneurs by content analysis methods, summarized ten characteristics of Zhejiang＇s entrepreneurs＇ entrepreneurial spirits, then explained based on the Zhejiang＇s regional culture where the entrepreneurs lived. Lastly, it revealed that entrepreneurial spirits in different areas in Zhejiang had its own special characteristics through further analysis on the data.
