以管理心理学的团队效能理论为基础,采用现场访谈、问卷调查和统计分析等研究方法,探讨国际创业高管团队结构的关键构成因素及其相互关系。主要研究结论有:①国际创业高管团队组成特征变量聚类为三种组织模式:同质文化知识型、文化异质知识型、同质文化经验型;②国际创业高管团队领导模式因素区分为三种领导维度:变革型领导维度、创业型领导维度、交易型领导维度;③国际创业高管团队结构的典型和有效组合主要有三种:变革型领导结构、创业型领导结构、以及交易型领导结构。
Based on the Team Effectiveness Theory in Managerial Psychology, this empirical study discussed the Component Factors and Inter relations of TMT Structure in International Entrepreneurship using psychological research approach of semi-structured interview, questionnaires, and statistical analysis in entrepreneurial foreign enterprises. The results showed that: 1. The Biological Proxy of Characteristics of TMT in International Entrepreneurship clustered in three Major Compositions described as: Intellectual in Cuhural Homogeneity, Intellectual in Cultural Heterogeneity, and Experiential in Cultural Homogeneity; 2. The Cross-cultural Leadership Modes of TMT in International Entrepreneurship differentiated in three Major Dimensions: Transformational Leadership, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Transactional Leadership; 3. The Typical and Valid TMT Structures in International Entrepreneurship mostly included three forms: Transformational Structure, Entrepreneurial Structure, and Transactional Structure.
