英文摘要：
The entrepreneurial organization should have some new characteristics that are different from what the traditional organization has. Thus we need to analyze from new perspectives. Based on transaction cost theory and knowledge -based theory and resource- based theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics of entrepreneurial organization and finds out that it has flexible organizational structure and it is both a kind of learning organization and a special resource that can gain competitive advantage.
