创新网络的构建与维护对创业企业的创新绩效至关重要。动态能力思路为创业企业创新网络的构建与维护提供了一条新思路。在文献回顾、访谈以及对143家创业企业问卷调查的基础上，提出了创业企业网络动态能力结构模型。研究表明，网络动态能力包括关系技能、协作安排、知悉伙伴、内部沟通与学习支持五个维度；网络动态能力与创业企业的创新网络质量及创新绩效显著相关。
英文摘要：
The construction and maintenance of innovation network is essential to the innovation performance of venture companies. Therefore concepts on dynamic capabilities as a new approach are beneficial for the construction and maintenance of innovation network of venture companies. Based on the literature review, interview as well as the questionnaire survey of 143 venture companies, the paper puts forward a network dynamic capability structuring model of venture companies. The research shows that, network dynamic capability includes five ionship skills, coordination arrangements, partnership awareness, internal communication and learning support. And network dynamic capability and innovation network quality of venture companies are closely related to innovation performance.
