服务型领导是近年来领导学和管理学关注的热点问题。在信息社会条件下,企业组织和领导方式都经历了深刻的变革。服务型领导与变革型领导都是在这一环境中于20世纪70年代末发展起来的领导理论。文章从领导基础、领导方式、构成维度、领导结果、理论性质等方面探讨了二者的内在联系和相似之处;从理论起源、领导动机、关注焦点、构成维度、领导一成员角色、领导过程、适用环境、影响结果等方面探讨了二者的差异之处。指出两种领导风格虽然具有密切的内在联系,但却具有本质的差异。
Servant leadership has become a hot topic in the area of leadership and management in recent years. In information society, enterprise organizations and leadership styles are deeply changed, in which servant leadership and transformational leadership were both developed in the end of 1970s. This paper, on the one hand, investigates the inherent relation and the similarities between the two leaderships styles in terms of leadership basis, style, dimensions, outputs, traits; on the other hand, discusses the differences in their theory origin, leadership motivation, leadership focus, dimensions, leader-follower's role, leadership process, applicable environment, leadership effects, pointing out that, though having inherent relation, there is essential differences in the two leadership styles.
