以315份问卷调查数据为研究对象,运用SPSS17.0和LISREL8.70实证研究了服务型领导与工作满意感、组织公民行为、工作场所偏离行为之间的关系以及工作满意感在这些关系中的中介作用。结果表明,服务型领导对工作满意感、组织公民行为有显著的正向影响,对工作场所偏离行为有显著的负向影响。并且,工作满意感在服务型领导与组织公民行为的关系中起到部分中介作用,在服务型领导与工作场所偏离行为的关系中起到完全中介作用。
Base on 315 questionnaires data and carries out the empirical research of relationship between servant leadership and job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, workplace deviance, and the mediating effect of job satisfaction in these relationships with SPSS17.0 and LISREL8.70. The results show that servant leadership is significant positive influence on employee's job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviors and negative impact on workplace deviance. The positive relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors is mediated by job satisfaction partially, and the negative relationship between servant leadership and workplace deviance is mediated by job satisfaction fully.
