妇幼保健机构如何加强人的能力建设,提高人才素质,保证医院可持续发展是摆在我们面前的重要课题。而作为一种技术含量高且十分有效的人力资源管理工具——胜任素质模型的出现,为这一问题的解决提供了契机。文章采用行为事件访谈、专家咨询及问卷调查等方法,以四川省妇幼保健院中最具代表性的医师作为研究对象,构建了医师胜任素质特征模型,拟将该模型运用到四川省妇幼保健院的人才培训工作中。
How to strengthen the ability construction of human,advance the talented person's competency,and guarantee the sustainable development of Maternal and Child Health(MCH)becomes an important task.The competency model,which is the emergence of a kind of high scientific,technological and effective human resource management tool,has provided a chance to solve the problem.Through using the interview of behavior affairs,expertise consultation and questionnaire,etc,and taking the most representative doctor to be the research object in Sichuan Provincal Hospital for maternal and children health,the doctor competency model is set up,and the model is attempted to be used in the training of Maternal and Child Health in Sichuan Province.
