针对产品失效后被动再制造的现状,提出了面向主动再制造的可持续设计概念,分别从主动再制造设计信息模型、设计参数映射及优化、设计冲突消解及反馈等方面阐述了主动再制造设计流程,对主动再制造设计参数到再制造特征的映射机制、约束条件下不同再制造设计目标冲突协调和转化等关键问题进行了探讨,形成主动再制造设计框架,为主动再制造设计理论体系的建立奠定了基础。以机械式变速箱为例,进行了设计框架的应用描述。
Aiming at the status of current production's passive remanufacturing after product failure,the concept of product sustainable design oriented to active remanufacturing was proposed.The design process for active remanufacturing was elaborated from the aspects of the design information model for active remanufacturing,the design parameter mapping and optimization,the design conflict resolution and feedback.The key issues on the mapping mechanism from design parameters to remanufacturing characteristics,the conflicts resolution and transformation of different design objectives in the constraint condition were discussed.Thereby,the design framework for active remanufacturing was constructed,and the theoretical basis of the design for active remanufacturing system was established.Finally,the application of the design framework was illustrated by the example of mechanical gearbox.
